Hi everybody! I hope you enjoyed last week’s video talk and collaboration with my dear friend and fellow Substacker, Lisette Murphy. We are back to our usual Mercurial Wednesday offering.
This week I wanted to focus on my upcoming course with Vitra Academy, Visionary Beasts. This online class is an exploration of the fantastical creatures that inhabit myth, visions and the far reaches of the psyche and how to paint them in the style of mische technique that is dear to my heart, the tricolor Mische Technique. There is a lot here to unpack and I will let the following video do all of the talking for me. We go into the course, the mische technique and what to expect. The first class starts this upcoming Saturday and if you or anyone you know would like to dive into a fun and super approachable way of painting visionary creatures, this is the class to take.
